Having completed his building apprenticeship after college, Chad plied his trade on new build homes, renovation and commercial work before working on housing New Zealand homes for two years.

A 7 year stint in London built Chad's skill base around a wide range of building work. In 2010 he returned to Wellington and contracted to a small building company who specialised in bathrooms, kitchens and small renovations, before an opportunity presented in the building inspection lane.

Chad purchased his first THISNZ franchise in late 2015 and has since purchased two more areas in the lower North Island. To date he has performed over 4000 inspections and is very passionate about the inspection game. He is a licensed building practitioner, a qualified builder, a member of the New Zealand Institute of Building Inspectors and is a pioneer for the THISNZ brand.
